Time's Up Party 2 Blue is a party game where teams try to guess famous people and cultural references. Three rounds are played with the same cards, but the clues become more limited. Remembering previously heard suggestions helps as much as knowing them, and charades offer another way to participate.

Prepare balanced teams and present an example before starting the hourglass. The player looks for clues that their teammates can recognize, without revealing the answer. As the rounds progress, the associations made together make certain cards easier to find. This version is aimed at teenagers aged 12 and up, as well as adults; it requires more references than the Kids and Family editions.
